The CWDP helps participants advance their careers and fosters economic growth in rural communities through employment and social development initiatives.
Program Support

- Social Services – housing and transportation support
- Cultural Resources – language programs and Indigenous cultural centers
- Physical Infrastructure – technology access, training, and employment opportunities
- Personal Resources – subsidized equipment costs, transportation, temporary payroll
- Skill Development Workshops – Microsoft 365 Basic, Keyboarding, Canva

Free Online Safety and Skill Development Training
The Pas Friendship Centre Inc. provides free online training in partnership with SAFE Work Manitoba and CCOHS. Participants can complete courses at their own pace and receive certificates.
